After buying our coffee here since the day opened at Wynyard, I am very disappointed today . The queue was extra long and spilling out onto the concourse when I saw the Barista nodding and smiling to a girl in the queue standing behind myself and my husband. To my disgust, when this girl actually moved around to the counter waiting for her coffee, it was ready almost immediately and well before the 6 people who had ordered and waiting before her (including myself and my husband). We had a 12 min wait for coffee this morning which is well worth the wait but not to have people arriving and ordering after us have to have their order escalated because they know the Barista. (nb. After my complaint the Barista kindly gave me my money back but geez, why do this in front of all your dedicated patrons. That girl can wait just like the rest of us). Love your coffee, mocha, service and staff always pleasant but today was really disappointing. You know you did the wrong thing. Please dont do that again.
