Went to the park on Saturday 4/27/19 and arrived around 11:20 AM. Me and my wife first went straight to the Cyclone and waited near an hour to ride. By the time we got off the ride around 12:45 PM we went to buy a fast pass. The first ride we go on with our fast pass, Intimidator, I was booted off the ride because they could get 3 clicks when I clearly heard all 3 clicks. In the process of this one of the ride employees pushed down so hard that it pinched a nerve in my leg, causing some serious pain for the rest of the day. We then go to the back of the park to ride Copperhead Strike to find out we needed to rent lockers just to ride it, even for something as stupid as a cup we paid $12 for. Not only that but yet again was told I couldn t ride it due to my size. I m not a big guy by no means and they let someone even bigger on before me. By that time we were already irritated then went to ride the Nighthawk just to find out that ride was closed down. We found out shortly after that they closed down Copperhead Strike due to complications. Now keep in mind we spent $184 on fast pass plus, which now 3 of the 5 roller coasters that are a premium fast pass we were told couldn t be rode. We went to guest services and complained about it in which they refunded our fast pass. In the hour that it took to do that the lines for everything moved to 2 hour waits, and we decided that we were leaving as we d wasted enough time trying to have a good anniversary. We went back to guest services to get a refund for our tickets, as we rode 1 ride in 4 hours of being there just to find as soon as you walk in the door you won t get a refund on tickets. Note that about 20 minutes into waiting the first time about the fast passes that someone was refunded for their tickets because their kids were so dissatisfied for waiting, yet they refunded his ticket and his 4 kids tickets but I m not treated the same? I will NEVER go back to this place again and will absolutely be getting ahold of someone to resolve this issue ASAP. Nobody should have to deal with that, especially after spending over $300 in their parks expecting to be able to do what you paid to do. This place needs to get it together with their employees as now I m still $150 out on tickets and have to deal with pain from negligent employees.
