On December 23, 2019, we were told that a master would come in to change the meter by noon. 6 pm to Salaspils street 22 - 39. Nobody came (when people had come from Daugavpils on that day). At 6pm none of the staff answered the phone either (I figured it might be a shortened working day, but your website didn't have any information about it)
What do we need to do in this situation?
