Customer service at this particular dealership lea...

Customer service at this particular dealership leaves a lot to be desired. I usually go elsewhere for servicing due to the quality/price but I'm now stuck dealing with them as my vehicle was stolen/recovered and needs to get new keys programmed (there was extensive ignition damage from the hotwiring).

I have been down a car since MARCH because of Subaru's ridiculous backlog on parts and to add icing on the cake this key reprogramming issue has been dragging on for almost a week with no ETA. Nobody seems to know anything. Maybe I'll have my vehicle Monday, maybe it will be another month! I'm exhausted and frustrated. I love my 2017 Impreza, but I'll probably never buy another Subaru because of this aggravation.
