Worst customers service ever I have waited over 2 ...

Worst customers service ever I have waited over 2 and a half hour just to wait to get the paper sign to get my brother and my car. Would never come back to get a car from their ever again because it's just obviously a waste of time. They lost the extra keys and said to call again the next day and so we did and the guy that sold us that car won't talk to us and even the employees that work there lied too at first they said oh he was dealing with another customer right now I'll had him call you after so I was like okay. Waited for over an hours and still no call so call back and they said oh he is out right now so I told the customer service lady about my problem and she said that they'll have the key ready for us anytime to pick up the next day. Send my brother in and they said that were gonna have to schedule to do the keys so I called back talk to the service ask to speak to manager and manager won't answer so called back again and another girl answer instead of the same girl so told her the situations and she said it's going to take a couple weeks for the key part to get here and told her that it's kind of hard to trust them now because they told me they'll called me back every time and they said they'll have the sale person that help us called back. 3 hours pass and instead of our sales man that sold us that car called me the lady on the customer service call me instead.
