I just recently had my GLA serviced. My service rep was Taidy. She was such a great service rep. She took the time to explain exactly what I needed and when. She made sure my car was taken care of immediately because I decided to wait at the dealership until my car was finished. She was very personable and I look forward to working with her in the future.
