My mother and husband went yesterday to this dealership only to be disappointed. They met Carlos, one of the salesmen who was rude and disrespectful. My mom was looking to maybe buy a used Highlander but Carlos said she didn't qualify and that she should settle for a Corolla because that's all she could afford. My mom had asked him if they could get a cosigner and he said they couldn't. As my mom was leaving she told Carlos she was going to go to another dealership to try her luck and Carlos was quick to tell her that she was just going to waste her time because they were going to tell her the same thing .If the sales personnel doesn't want to deal with people then they should just quit. This will be our last time going there. No one has the right to bully or belittle anyone because of their financial or credit status. If anyone wants real customer service I recommend Toyota of Lewisville. Everyone is really nice, courteous and attentive.
