On February 4, 2015 I called Amberwood's office and spoke with Tina. I was looking for a floor plan of a home they built in Ashler Hills Ranch/Ventana in 2001. I'm helping out a friend who is moving here from Colorado who is very interested in a home in this community. I was looking to get a copy of the floor plan to send him. I was told that they don't give out floor plans, in a mater of fact way with no explanation. I asked if they considered floor plans proprietary information and was told again that they don't give out floor plans. I felt the whole exchange was very customer unfriendly. Because of this experience I would not recommend doing business with them.
