Very good 141 school. Well maintained aircraft, highly professional staff training via a thorough, safe, syllabus.
Perhaps all of the positive postings, which are all ILLEGAL CHINESE students at TransPac (this academy trains nothing BUT the Chinese), will remember the flight rules NOT TO FLY OVER NEIGHBOURHOODS at a low altitude - we citizens are tired of policing your bad behaviour. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH, and USE PROPER PROCEDURES ON RADIO TRANSMISSIONS. This aviation academy is ALWAYS in violation of FAA rules. Most people that have lived here for a long time know about their horrendous amount of crashes due to PILOT ERROR. They are retaliatory in their actions, have no respect for the rights of private homeowners (which ARS Statues provide for - and they CAN be sued civilly for disturbing the peace and violating the statutes). REMEMBER that, Mr Goddard, Kevin Ma and Adrian Brown.
