Is this America?? How in the world can a horrible place like this still be in business!! It took them 4 weeks to approve my claim and I had to call them because the place where my car was towed (per their request) said they had not heard from them..So I had to call them while on vacation in Arizona!! Maria says oh yes your approval just came across my desk this morning!! After 4 weeks sure!! Horrible service please do NOT do business with them!! I am now happily with Liberty!!
