Worst customer service I have experienced
Bought a cooker with 5 year warranty which I paid for.
Chased them up for 8 weeks for a small part.
They dragged this for 8 weeks.ignored my e-mail complaint,never replied or rang back as promised.was than told that I had to purchase this parts even though O paid for the service.Will never buy from them again
