I just found a 4-star hotel (****) the toilet is v...

I just found a 4-star hotel (****) the toilet is very very dirty ... book 4 rooms (all rooms have no towels and doormat) Tel several times ... even more fierce officers .. OMG ... lazy to argue more good patience and just waiting, one very small water room ... Too bad Horizon Hotel "very very" Disappointing ... Please for Management's attention not to disappoint its customers. Thank you
