I'm now 0-3 with placing an online order for pick-up and having the items ready at the counter when I arrive (after receiving an email confirmation that my order is ready). Do not bother using their online ordering system, you're better off spending your time shopping yourself. I also noticed that not many of the employees seem to care about their jobs, but rather try and avoid customer interaction. Do better!
