As a first time car buyer I would like to thank Smithtown Kia with much gratitude for giving me a great experience. I took a while to look for cars and after calling and speaking with Cordell I knew from the moment on the phone I was in good hands. He didn't pressure me at all, everything I asked for he accommodated. He was extremely helpful and acknowledged everything I wanted. He kept in contact with me without harassing me which we know dealerships are known for. When going in to complete the purchase I met with Rosa and her partner who were also extremely nice and helpful. I am very grateful to do business with them and would recommend anyone to Kia, you are in GOOD hands!
