From 0 to 100 I give a 0 besides not answering the phone calls all day, today from 10am to 3:30 pm I called at least 15X and nobody answered. One call left 11 minutes ringing and yet nobody answered me, so I'm super unnerved with this consulate, with the staff, 1 month ago was the same, and when I was scheduled to 10am and was only answered at 11h, still by antipathetic people ... I'm ashamed of our Consulate, I've been to Spanish and it has nothing to do, they are humble people, and super cool.
