I was with my sister and mother half way through the buying experience of my sisters car. She we looking at an awd lancer or a Subaru imprezza that was about 50$ more per month according to the msrp. My sister and mom brought me along when they were talking numbers and possibly purchasing a lancer. Their sales team were trying to pressure my sister into buying the car within two days maximum or "the price will skyrocket" according to the salesman. And the monthly payment they came out to ended up being much more expensive than an imprezza with a much higher msrp. So after they finally handed over a payment summary they added on OVER $4000 in "administrative fees". They were clearly trying to take advantage of my sister buying her first new car and luckily it was simple to point it out so we left. I couldn't believe how terrible they were to her. Couldn't recommend frontier Subaru anymore. Pressure free, inviting, and respectful of all customers. I will make sure no one I know goes shopping for a car there if I can do anything about it.
