The worst BPO company in Noida.

The worst BPO company in Noida.
Of all the BPO companies present in Noida, this company is the worst and the most worst and its policies are the dirtiest and the pathetic.
Today I will tell you the truth of this company which is based on my personal experience.
1- The worst HR here is VIVEK who sits in the cabin next to the operation round Cabin.
2- Even if you get selected or rejected, the HR will not let you know before 07:00 pm.
3 - Even if you are in a hurry or you have very little time, but here the client round starts at 5:00 pm.
4 - If you want to work in this company, then you have to take Drinking Water from your home, because here drinking water is very dirty ( Tastes like sewer water )and not even available. Most of the people working here buy expensive water from expensive canteens or bring it with them from their house.
5 - This is the first BPO company that also deducts headphone charges from employee's salary ( 2500 ).
6 - Usually working time in BPO company is 8 hours and 9 hours including break time but in this company you usually have to work 10-11 hours.
7 - While working here, you cannot expect for any holiday except four holidays of the month, no matter how big an Emergency is with you, if you take unplanned leave, then they will deduct money from your salary for vacation. Moreover a penalty of 2000 will deducted from your salary.
8 - To say that the salary date in this company is 7th of every month. But most of the time the salary comes in this company is between 10 to 15th of every month.

There is much more that is very worst, I hope you will understand by this.
