It was absurd to charge for a defective card. The same was not reading on the buses that I use only because it worked there in the transurc I found a negligence nobody goes there in the transurc face row by taste. Still more in a time with rain and carrying two children this was my case. Until I talked I complained I went free of charge. But it was absurd.
