Some staff was very helpful others could care less...

Some staff was very helpful others could care less to provide information to guests and attendants at my brothers wedding. The college football final attendants were there and it was like they were more important than the guests and my brother's wedding. Also the lobby is under construction, so lots of loud noises while we were there
