Terrible service and product.

Terrible service and product.

Bought a brand new fridge,(KRFC704FPS)

Within 6 months the ice maker broke and was replaced, 2 months later compressor went for the freezer.
Upon calling KitchenAid/ Whirlpool they said they could not send service people out due to covid untill June 1, two months after manufacturers warranty ran out but would honored.
A June call to their service dept I was informed they would not honor their warrenty, but would refer the matter to my extended 3rd party warrenty.
I have been without a decent working fridge for well over 2 months with 0 compensation from this company.
I will never be purchasing their products again.

Aug 3rd now and still no reply to my email.
