Alpha Mortgage was a pleasure to work with! I worked with Kathryn Jennings-Breed and she did such a great job. I tried to get approved for a loan in 2013 and didn't qualify. Kathryn was patient with me and walked me through how to repair my credit so that I could eventually qualify. 18 months later I found my dream home and called Kathryn. I was approved! Throughout the process of going through FHA, which can be very tedious, Kathryn answered all my questions promptly and walked me through every step of the way. We closed on time without any hiccups, closing costs were a little less than anticipated, and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend her and Alpha to any of my friends and family!
