Poorly managed. Short staffed in the kitchen.....probably because they pay them barely over minimum wage to create incredible culinary works of art. Meanwhile the waitstaff is making unbelievably great money on tips and they don't have to share with the kitchen staff?
Why would a server make 5 to 6 times more than a chef? Why would you keep wasting money training new people in the kitchen?
For the prices that are charged here, they can afford to pay their staff decently.
Now that rant is over. They could use a little more selection on the menu, but food was superb. If it's not too hot out, eat on the patio for a truly memorable experience.
BTW the 2 stars were for the management.
