A few days ago I visit the shop for the first time, I wanted to buy a Lakers jersey but they didn't have my size, I remember asking staff to check if they still have my size available, but all they care about is chatting to each other. I was very frustrated and wanted to leave the shop, but a friendly king young man approach me and ask me if I need help, he checked on the system for my size but the was only 2 left and was not sure it is still there, he runs up and down looking for it and manage to get me one. I was very impressed with the level of customer service he proved to me. I believe his name is Jack good person with a warm personality with a good sense of humour, so because of him, I had a good customer service experience in Nike town London.
