I wish to express my regret .... Communication with your staff to book and communicate is almost impossible, even electronically. You probably have few staff assigned to this function, other hospitals have proven to be much more active and attentive ... I want to specify that the staff you have is professional but is probably overworked ... I have sent a request for a service for imail for three days and no one has called me back yet. This morning I was 20 minutes on the phone then they disconnected me the line .... your management leaves much to be desired.
