Just saw a Facebook Adv and was thinking of KIA and reading all these google reviews make me want to reconsider - if i really want to go for KIA. Funny how - the companies don't realize but Google reviews make a lot of a difference. Its like Negative marketing by poor established customer service per these reviews. To me After Sales support matters a lot.
