THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!!!!!!! I would give them 20 stars if I could!! It's been a crazy road for us and the only regret is not calling them earlier!! From the moment we called Jodie and told her what we wanted its been smooth flowing from there. We didn't even have a realtor (YOU REALLY DON'T NEED ONE when you have PACIFIC RIM MORTGAGE) We knew what we could afford and we had an idea of the properties we wanted to potentially see. We didn't want to see them without being qualified first. They asked us to send over the properties and from there they told us the estimates per property so we could make decisions on what we wanted to do from there. Prior to meeting them we met with a two other companies who told us to wait and we couldn't (living situation wasn't a good one). Jodie knew our situation and never told us no or to wait. Her and her team worked hard and quickly to get us the info we needed so help us get a home of our own. Don't be shame to say what you can and cannot do, these ladies are honest with you and tell you what you will need to get things done. Long story short, I emailed Jodie and her team Ending of December 2018 and we signed our final paperwork Feb 15, 2019!!!! Jodie and her team of AMAZING ladies made it happen for us and we can't thank them enough!!! They are forever family and we are forever grateful to have met them. They are truly their for you 24/7, any questions or concerns we had were answered right away!! Did I also mention, Jodie had a baby during this process and never once did we feel left behind. She has a solid team that knows what they are doing!!! Seriously the only company we would recommend to everyone!! Thank you guys again from the bottom of our hearts!! Love you Pacific Rim Mortgage!!!
