I have been leasing from Mercedes-Benz of South Bay for the last 12 years. I ve just recently leased my 6th Mercedes from them. What makes me come back to them time over time is their no gimmick approach when dealing with their customers. They always gave me their best offer without the need to bargain (I am a savvy consumer who knows what a great deal is). In terms of service, their sales team is 2nd to none. They would always go above and beyond to meet their customer s needs. For the most recent lease of my 2019 SUV, for example, to get the interior and exterior color combination of my liking, they requested a different dealership in the San Jose area to ship the SUV to South Bay and covered the cost of $400 for me. I am very grateful for that. I will continue to do business with them as I know they are trustworthy. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing a Mercedes-Benz.
