My daughter is out of school so we rented a Cabana for the day, we all woke up excited. We were met with young, incompetent staff and a major shortage of tubes. Want to get lazy in the lazy river? Nope, you'll have to walk or swim, sorry not enough tubes. Want to go down the water slide? You'll probably wait 20 minutes for someone to give up their tube...
At lunch time my husband and I thought we would get a rum bucket that's advertised near our cabana, but apparently the bar is "closed" today. I asked for a manager, but was told the manager is gone so I spoke to a supervisor. She told me she didn't know why the bar was closed and she had "limited information". You're the only manager on duty and you don't know why the bar is closed? Shouldn't you put an apron on and get to work then?
$200 today and I have not received any sort of "service". Some "resort" this is! What a joke!
