We got married in September at the Minnesota Boat Club. We worked with Katie from Mintahoe and she made the process really easy. She promptly answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the entire process. We had a last minute change for some of the meals and Mintahoe was able to accommodate that and make a special meal for someone on a very strict diet. The food and drinks were great. All the staff on the day was helpful and we did not even have to think about anything day-of because they took care of it all very smoothly.
