Is there something less than one star?
Rivershyre Subdivision in Gwinnett County with 425 SFR homes have used Heritage for almost four years. It has been a struggle since the conversion to them. The change from previous company was NOT smooth, accounting has finally leveled out but has been horrific! Sent out our annual dues letters wrong, charged fines incorrectly to our homeowners, and that is just the tip of the iceberg! In addition, I have had several meetings with as high as the owner, Gavin, and he talks a great game (especially when trying to get our business!) but has NO follow through. I truly believe this lack of care for customer service is why the overall lack of customer service rolls right down the chain of command.
As of TODAY, I am waiting on follow up from their COO, Mike, on our JANUARY board meeting requests that Heritage should have been able to report back on in our February board meeting but most items had not and still have not been handled. Our PM, Sebastian, is a wonderful and kind person but I just believe overwhelmed with the number of properties he is required to handle so that Heritage can make more money for the owner, Gavin.
DO NOT HIRE HERITAGE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
