Wow !! Just called for a boost on my car. The lady I spoke to was an absolute joke of customer service on the phone.
This is why UBER will take you guys down when the older gen stop using you guys, HORRIBLE customer service.
I get better service a robot on a phone. Seriously , how hard is it for you to say Goodmorning . How are you ?
How hard is it to reply to my how are you ?
First time EVER , in my life I called a taxi line for help. This is the service I get.

The cab driver was amazing . He was great . He should be the one answering phone calls.
