the buying process started good on day one. 2 weeks later, a mixup in paperwork caused my loan to fall through, and they threw me into a bottom of the barrel loan that i was stuck with because i had customized and detailed the truck. The promise on the day of purchase was to replace a missing part on the rail of the truck, despite repeated requests to honor the agreement, no call back from part manager. I even put my name on the list when they called me for an oil change, no call back. Sorry, foul ball will never return to this Ford Dealership.
