As a customer, I found the interior design services to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of the company's projects. However, I felt that the design concepts were not very innovative. The portfolio lacked diversity and unique design elements. The customer service was friendly, but the response time to inquiries was on the slower side. On the positive side, the pricing was fair and transparent, which is always a plus. Overall, I would say that the experience was average. I think there's potential for improvement in terms of creativity and responsiveness to customer requests.
