Great cozy hotel and very fancy, however, Service was not up to the high expectations raised by the price and reputation. Service was very inconsistent. Breakfast Service was very slow and staff seemed confused. Things that were ordered did not arrive until reminded. In the afternoon no sugar was served with my Espresso and i had to ask twice to receive it. I received the wrong Menu after i asked for it. They seemed understaffed and unexperienced. Not a great look for one of the 'Leading Hotels of the World'.
