Joined the inspirit gym at the beginning of the year for a short period of time then cancelled due to severe overcrowding, machines were never available and couldn't move in the pool! Last month noticed a direct debit through my bank account I didn't recognize, taking precious bill money that nearly got my insurance cancelled! Anyway, phoned the company to find out the Talbot hotel had shared my bank details and all of my personal information with this company to illegally take money for a service I was no longer availing of. No apology from Talbot and was basically kicked back out the door when I complained. I thought I was finished with the whole ordeal when my mother asked me to check a direct debit on her account yesterday. She had done the exact same as me earlier in the year and there was Ashbourne management acting on behave of the Talbot hotel taking a SECOND payment! She then went over to ask why this money was being debited and was just given the phone number and told to leave. Then the management of the Talbot hotel had the audacity to ring my mother and abuse her on the phone today. What you have done is illegal and immoral. You had no permission to share our private details and you and your direct debit company had no right to withdraw money from our bank accounts. I hope anyone thinking of going to this hotel reads this and sees they are gangsters before it is too late! Also refunds take 1 month! Well able to illegally take but can't put it back as quick??? Disgusting yee should be ashamed.
