We ordered two fold over pizzas on Wednesday, August 12th. A family sized Chicken and a large pepperoni. Delivery kid brought us two pizzas 45 minutes later and was gone by the time we opened the boxes. We received our pepperoni fold over and a large mushroom pizza. On the side of the boxes we saw our street name on the fold over and another street on the mushroom pizza we did not order. I called back to the store and a kid answers. I explained what happened and he said he was calling the delivery driver so he would drop it off before he makes his other delivery. Wait 10 minutes and call back to see if they got ahold of him and the status. He informs me the driver is on his way back to pick it up and should drop it off in 10-15 minutes. Well, we waited 45 minutes and still nothing. I tried calling and phone kept ringing. Tried like 3 times. Just kept ringing. I called back with my cell phone which has a different caller ID and was answered after two rings. I ask to speak to the manager. Sounds like the same kid that I spoke to before. I ask where our pizza is and he doesn t answer. He said he has to wait for the delivery driver because he doesn t know. Proceeds to tell me that this was the first he heard of it. Never offered to have another one made and sent to us. I ask for a refund and he was more than happy to offer a refund to us. Never gives me a confirmation, just says they will do it. We try calling back to get confirmation and phone just rings and rings. So we drive up there to get a receipt of refund. He asks us the street name and goes in side room to retrieve our bill. He never put in the refund. If we wouldn t have gone up there we wouldn t have received our refund. Very disappointed! Always liked Uncle Al s, but this was deceitful, horrible service that could of easily been resolved had they just brought us our family sized chicken fold over.
