Be careful with them!! When you move in take pictures and get them to put everything in writing. I thought I had noted most issues when we moved in along with pictures however even though the flat was not well cleaned before we moved in and yet I cleaned when I moved in and out our deposit still had cash deducted. They even wanted to charge us for problems the flat had when we moved in. They are surely encouraged to do their best to make some sort of reduction on the deposit they give back to people. I highly recommend that you just AVOID this agency all together. I am extremely disappointed with them.
