I came for the photography exhibit, knowing that National Geographic employs some of the worlds best nature photographers. Many of the images were stunning. I was a little disappointed that there weren't more (though there were a lot, I just had expected even more for some reason). The tour of the tomb of Christ is a new exhibit that is uses some augmented reality: a bunch of projectors show the walls of the tomb on actual walls of the room. A door opens at one point. One section has you wear 3D glasses, though I thought this part was pretty clunky since the seams between the walls, especially the bottom, were distractingly obvious. It was definitely a neat idea and it was executed fairly well. To me, it was more inspiring as a pointer toward the kind of augmented reality experiences we may have in the future.
