Express oil changes take an hour or longer. They advertise a 10 minute oil change, but three times in a row it has been an unreasonable amount of time. My first Express oil change took 4 hours of waiting and they never even touched my car. I left and got an oil change elsewhere. I guess i didn't learn my lesson, because I've been sitting here for over an hour waiting for this Express oil change. Unless your time is worth nothing to you, go somewhere else!
