We have a new faulty cooktop according to the installer who is a registered plumber. According to Bosch it's an installation issue how would they know, Bosch have made it clear that they don't have a service technician in our area so it seems they have washed their hands of this matter. They want us to own the problem on this new appliance. Not a good experience with Bosch
