I hope people are aware that St George's Ellerslie unit or transition care place that people are talking about is actually run entirely separate from the rest of the hospital eg their medication service is actually not done internally by their own pharmacy apparently but rather contracted to external Chemist warehouse. People's experience in that part of the hospital should not be extrapolated.
