This hotel is okay. I have to say, the price reflects the quality, it's not the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The tv quality is really bad and fuzzy. There is no q-tips, cottonballs, etc. They charge you for even looking at the candy/bar in your room. The room service menu was about 6 items long and they didn't even have a few of the items.
The views are great and the location is good if you want to be downtown. The staff is also really nice. It just was probably the least nice W I've ever stayed at.
