I have been in contact with this company person Lia for about two months trying to get one of their contractors out to a mountain lot to see what type of cabin can they build on this particular lot, before we placed our offer under contract. The slope is extremely steep and we wanted some advice before we made our offer on the lot to see if it can be built on and what type of house would work best. After two months of basically run around and e-mails, she told me I had to come to their office in Hiawasse and basically give them a deposit before they could see us any further. Which is totally absurd! why would we want to give this company money, without seeing the lot with one of the builders. Unless you are willing to hand over money to them don't even bother calling this office.
