I am an employee of Gaines Investment Trust and truly enjoy working for the company. I am constantly learning as I apply myself in my position. I am provided with clear instruction for my responsibilities while also being given the creative freedom to do my best work. I appreciate the feedback I receive that helps shape me as I grow with this company. I feel that my ideas are respected and I am valued as an employee. I am thankful to have great camaraderie with my co-workers and for the opportunity to learn from them as well. I love the fact that I am learning and growing with a family owned company.
