I have never dealt with a state agency where you can t call and speak to someone. I am willing to sit on hold but it s not even an option. There are no options. They keep stating that you can get a call back slot but there are never any available. I don t know how to get assistance. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. 0 stars.
