The worst experience I've ever had I took my car to get repaired by the collision Center due to an accident and apparently they gave me and recycled parts that had a cut in it which made my engine overheat so I brought it back to the collision center and they found the issue they did repair it but failed to call me the day that it was due so I had to call them and ask them what's going on with my car and the person named Jay said he forgot and that he was sorry smh and then when i went to pick up my car all of a sudden the conveyer belt came loose and i was told that they were not going to fix it cause its unrelated to the accident. My car did not have any isssues until i took it here. So good luck with that smh. So i went to drop off the car rental. Jay did not update in the system the extra days. I had to call enterprise to figure that out and i called Lindsey and spoke to jay. And again he forgot to update it smh. Customer service was horrible. Come to find out put enterprise said "thats typical jay" meaning he does it alot smh. Jay told me he updated the extra days in the system while i was on the phone , i called enterprise back and it still has not been done.
