Unacceptable service! I woke up during the night due to noise coming form the room next to me (you can hear even a conversation taking place in the next room). I had to wait an hour and call the reception 11 times for the personnel to move me to an other room. When I spoke to the manager the next morning the personnel refused that I called them 11 times even if I had the calls on my mobile and I showed this to the manager they also said they didn't delay to give me another room (probably they thought waiting an hour during the night when I should be sleeping is normal).
