My wife and I had a very good experience with MB of South Bay. My wife communicated with Uche Azubuike a week or two thru email and text before we went to the dealer. He was very pleasant and answered all our inquiries in a timely manner. We got there late during our appointment but we were accommodated promptly by Uche. He made things very simple/clear, pretty much helped my wife (it's her car) with all her requests/inquiries. She got the car she's been eyeing on their website, and the negotiations/discussions on the trade and financing went very smoothly.
