Called to confirm early check in. Got here and waited 4 hours for a room. I seemed to luck out with the guy checking me in. He was polite and efficient. I heard the others being quite rude and short with other customers. The room was semi-clean and in ok shape. I m on the 14th floor on the air shaft so the sound from the rooftop bar echoes quite loudly. So looking forward to that later tonight. The bar in the lobby bar where I had to wait for my room was sticky and service was very slow. The bartender was nice but more interested in other things. For a first time trip to Baltimore, this is a disappointing start.
