Joe is amazing and was able to reconfigure before part came in to make us comfortable until he s able to come back. Definitely satisfied and appreciate all efforts and workmanship.

Update: I m lowering this to two starts and here s why, I had a service/warranty contract and they didn t hold up to the contract on 2 separate occasions, tried to charge me more $$$ when I was actually covered by a pricey service contract they SOLD ME. Maybe it s a small oversight but I didn t appreciate it happening TWICE Start keeping your promises of a binding contract Griffin Services, we only want what we paid and signed for, we did our part, you should do yours. Fingers crossed they get better because the installation was great but afterwards, not so great when you have a issues.
